All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion. Order confirmation does not guarantee final acceptance. Prices are subject to change without notice.
3. Design & Artwork
By submitting artwork or designs, you confirm that you own or have the legal right to use the submitted material. PatchesMakerUSA is not responsible for copyright infringement resulting from customer-submitted artwork. We reserve the right to refuse designs that violate laws or our content policies.
4. Production & Proofs
A free digital proof will be provided before production begins. Production commences only after written proof approval. Any changes after approval may incur additional charges and delay production. The customer is responsible for verifying all details in the approved proof.
5. Payment Terms
Full payment is required before production begins. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. All prices are in USD. International customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timeframes begin from proof approval date, not order date. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon shipment.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee & Returns
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If products do not match the approved proof or have manufacturing defects, we will remake them at no charge. Refunds are not available for approved products. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
8. Limitation of Liability
PatchesMakerUSA liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of PatchesMakerUSA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without express written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York County. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PatchesMakerUSA.
