We began as a small embroidery shop in New York and have grown into one of the most trusted names in the custom patch industry — serving military units, sports leagues, corporations, schools, and individuals across the country. Every patch we produce goes through a rigorous 5-step quality control process — from initial design proof to final stitching inspection. We use only industry-leading materials: premium polyester threads, durable iron-on backings, and eco-friendly dyes. Founded in 1999 in New York City, PatchesMakerUSA started as a two-person embroidery operation. Our founders, passionate about quality craftsmanship, quickly built a reputation for delivering patches that looked better, lasted longer, and cost less than anything else on the market.
By 2010, we had expanded to a full production facility and began serving national brands, military branches, and professional sports organizations. Today, we operate multiple production lines with over 50 skilled craftspeople — and we’re still growing.
